Career Volleyball Highlights:

·        My Biggest “Career Volleyball Highlight”? That’s easy. It is simply the fact that I have had the opportunity to play with and/or against and thereby become friends with, some of the best players and human beings anyone could ever ask to know.

In this game, there really shouldn’t be individual awards. Anything I’ve EVER won personally, with regard to volleyball, has been because my teammates made it happen, not me.

·        7-Time Regional All-Star Team

·        2-Time Regional Outstanding Player Award (MVP)

·        5-Time Regional Champion

·        2-Time Far Westerns Champion

·        Far Westerns All-Tournament Team

·        3-Time USAV (USVBA) Nationals Participant

·        Coach, Women's BB National Silver Medal team 2005

·        Coach, Women's BB National Champions 2006

·        Sequim International Co-Ed Tournament ~ 2-time All-Tournament Team, MVP, and 2-time Champion

·        USVBA Co-Ed Nationals Team

Other Volleyball Notes:

·        High School Departmental Scholar Award in Physical Education (because of volleyball)

·        High School Freshman Women’s Coach (League Champions)

·        High School JV Coach

·        Coached SF Men’s Teams during 5 Regional Championship victories and 2 Far Westerns Championship victories

·        Coached SF Red Women’s Team during their Regional Championship victory

·        Coached SF United Women’s Team during their Regional Championship victory, National Silver Medal win, and National Championship title win.

·        Teach and have taught volleyball classes of all levels.

·        Founded StrikeForce Volleyball Club and currently sit on the Board of Directors

·        In my 28+ years as a volleyball player, I have played in over 500 Tournaments and have well exceeded 10,000 games of volleyball.

·        For love and participation in this sport, I have had reconstructive ankle surgery TWICE, knee surgery, major back surgery, dislocated a finger while playing, pushed my hands through a reinforced chicken-wire window during a game, and of course undergone a wide variety of “sprains, rolls, pulls, and muscle tears” along the way. I have also during play, broken the wrist of two separate opponents and accidentally knocked out a teammate (and dear friend); 'non-contact sport' my foot!
